Sarah McDermott is Practice Manager at Park Clinic. She joined the team in 2023 as an administrator and receptionist, bringing a wealth of experience in healthcare assistance and customer care. Known for her warm, professional manner and strong organisational skills, Sarah ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic and supports both patients and staff with efficiency and compassion.

Dr Denise Duignan
Dr. Duignan qualified with Honours from The University of Wales, Cardiff in 2010. She completed her GP training in the Midlands and became a member of the ICGP in 2015.
Dr. Duignan has a keen interest in Women’s health and dermatology. Her postgraduate qualifications include Paediatric and Child Health Diploma, Diploma in Women’s health, Certificate in Palliative Care and a Diploma in Clinical Dermatology. Dr. Duignan is a native of Multyfarnham. Co. Westmeath. She is married with 3 children and resides in Mullingar. She has a keen interest in fitness, including swimming and weight training.
Dr. Duignan has a keen interest in GP Training. She is a GP Trainer with the HSE Dublin Mid-Leinster Specialist Training Scheme
Dr. Mona Abbas
Dr. Mona Abbas joined Park Clinic Mullingar in 2022. Dr. Abbas graduated in 1994 and became a member of the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland in 2004. She has obtained a diploma in diabetes and endocrinology. Dr. Abbas has a keen interest in Geriatric Medicine and Women’s Health. She resides in Mullingar and is married with 4 children.

Nurse Mary Loughrey-Roche
Mary completed a Nursing Degree in 2000 followed by a higher Diploma in Practice Nursing in the RCSI. She joined our practice in 2022, and has a special interest in health promotion, diabetes and Women’s Health.
HCA Tracy O'Dowd
Tracy joined Park Clinic Mullingar in 2022. Tracy obtained a Healthcare Support Certificate in 2021 and a Certificate in Phlebotomy. She is responsible for blood taking, venesections, blood pressure monitoring and flu vaccine administration. Tracy has a keen interest in Chronic Disease Management and leads the chronic disease management programme at Park Clinic, Mullingar.
Tracy has vast administration experience and has an administration and receptionist role within the Practice also.
